Farms DVD

he Traditional Farms DVD follows the farming calendar year. The year starts with putting out the farmyard manure in November and finishes with the threshing in October.

All of the year's farming activities are covered. The ploughing, harrowing, sowing and reaping along with saving the hay and routine daily chores like milking the cow, making butter and baking bread are also shown.

All of the farm staff took part in the making of the DVD and it shows the deep commitment that they have to preserving the past for future generations.
